Refund Options:

- Exchange: Replace with another size/color (subject to availability).

Refund Timeline:

- Refund processing: 3-5 working days.
- Bank refund: 7-10 working days.

Exceptions:

- Custom-made or altered items.
- Sale/discounted items.
- Items damaged during return shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
